Welcome to our Website

Aims of the Society:   To encourage, improve and extend the cultivation of gardens and to arrange lectures and visits to places of horticultural interest.

The Bognor Regis & District Horticultural Society meet on the fourth Thursday of most months in the Jubilee Hall, Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis at 7.30pm, when Speakers are engaged to talk on matters mainly horticultural.

There is a Show Table at each meeting for members to exhibit anything they have grown or made, to be judged by fellow members or visiting speakers.  Points are gained and a cup is given for the most number of points won throughout the year. This will be awarded at our Annual General Meeting.  This competition is most popular.

Every year in June, we hold an evening show for members to show their prowess in roses, sweet peas etc. This year there will also be an Autumn Show in September.

If you would like to know more about this very friendly bunch of 'Garden Lovers', you are welcome to come along as a visitor, or prospective new member, on the fourth Thursday of any month to see for yourself.  For further information, please click the Membership link.
